1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Teltita website and any services, quotes, proposals or engagements provided by Teltita ("Teltita", "we", "us") through its Telstudios, Telnova and Telacademy branches. By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services
Teltita provides branding and creative, web, software and AI, and training services on a project or retainer basis. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal, quote or contract agreed with the client, which takes precedence over these Terms where the two conflict.
3. Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely feedback, accurate information and any materials (logos, copy, credentials, brand assets) needed to complete a project. Delays in providing this information may extend agreed timelines.
4. Payments
Fees, payment schedules and accepted payment methods are agreed per engagement. Unless stated otherwise in a signed proposal, projects require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due on delivery or per agreed milestones. Late payments may pause active work.
5. Intellectual property
Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment, except for third-party assets (fonts, stock imagery, licensed software) which remain subject to their own licenses. Teltita retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
6. Website use
You agree not to misuse this website: no attempting unauthorised access, no scraping or automated data collection outside normal search-engine indexing, and no using the site to transmit harmful code. Content on this site (text, images, branding) is owned by Teltita or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Limitation of liability
Teltita is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
